Nice find, only a 10% discount to last traded price to raise $5m pre broker fee, deal appears to be closed on the 180 website. I signed up to 180 to see if further info available and appears the deal is closed with no further information available. Look forward to the outcome tomorrow. We will know if it was a screaming success or failure if the actual capital raise price is different to $3.37 per share.
