I am going to assume you are an inexperienced investor in markets and have posted such a silly post in error.

The 200m share is to Ratify the $2m cap raise at 1c to top 20 shareholders, who saved the company from trading insolvent and from the need to follow through with the dreadful deal with L1. This was at the low of the stock market in March.

There is no more dilution from this resolution.

There is some dilution from the issue of shares to the Chairman and 2 other board members who, unlike many other boards, don't take a directors fee. These people cant be expected to work for free.
