    The directors are paid via shares. This is done in every stock on the asx, plus they normally get a fee ( BUDDY doesnt )

    Further, several directors, including the Chairman and Ceo used their own funds to participate in all the cap raises from 10c down.

    Directors cannot simply buy in the market at any time they like. They are "blacked out" by the inside information they have available to them.
