One word says it all as far approvals go.
Precedence.
The political moment is gas friendly, and they’ve waited an inordinate amount of time to do this again. The market had to forget; and the 2d, 3d battle took place. It is still a political football and they won’t be doing it overnight, but it IS a fait accompli.
Option timing is a good guide in my book, especially after the time frame specified last week. BUY directors understand all this; and this was why one sold imho, and now they’ve raised at quite low prices. As is Advent.
