Bit of a discount though keep in the mind the price only moved up recently, it's been settling at ~10c for the last few months so I think the raise price was well negotiated.
Given the board burnt $9M last FY and FY21 contracted revenue of $5.5M, this $7M will certainly close the gap.
SNAP was US focused so I suspect they will leverage Dr Detmold to help with the US expansion.
Seller wants out at 18, interesting depth this morning. Agree this will float back to CR price, I will be dipping my feet in if it drops to 10c.
