I read that and thought, "I hope they haven't concluded that it is not a going concern, given unpaid debts."
If there was a positive announcement about increasing oil prices or increased output or reserves etc etc, you'd think they would just release it straight to market, as they have done in the past.
Then again, I've been burnt so many time by this mob, I might be being overly pessimistic.
