    3 things put me off from this:
    1. The lack of clarity of size of raising. If the size of teh raise was clearly stated that would be prefrential.
    2. Options being offered free with each share that are like double the raise price with only like a 1 year expiry
    3. and the most important - Everblu doing the raising!
