    I’d suggest not a standard CR because they’ve run out of cash and need to fund ongoing activities.

    MATERIAL is the key word here.........possibly an acquisition or they need $’s to fund something big.

    Anyone else seen the word MATERIAL used in the announcement of a CR previously?
