the real short term hit here for SH, if you ask me to take part in class action then NO! Reason is simple, I can see them working 24/7 answering complains & address every shitty comment on FB and fixing the problem, to me that is quality company...I will not be surprised when we see more 90% of the terminals will be fixed by Monday and the storm inside tea cup is settled!
