Depends on cap raising price, if good price say 1.4 cents and above abs fully taken up and they are allowed to sell on market for ex date abs if for aggressive rare earths works than this will be good. Seen many companies rocket after a capital raising with a clear path. They need to show this to gain confidence back in a lot of investors.
