    I’m sure there will be a simple procedure to change over to lse . I am generally happy with dual listings because it helps create more SH . In Pensana’s case I think the delisting is a smart move , and don’t think it has anything to do with cost cutting. It is more appealing for larger investment & funding as a sole UK based company IMO.
