That is the exact type of comment I would expect from someone who wants to buy back in at 7c!
From my perspective their aren't many sellers and only about 300k in standing sell orders below 10c and nothing below 9.2c!
So you can look at it in a number of ways ..... one thing that has been very obvious is that there hasn't been any significant decline in share price following the cap raise. With it being a tightly held stock there aren't many investors that want to give up their stake for fear of not being able to get back in at sub 8c.
