Nice to come back here to this evolving 'little' company that is on the brink of superstardom. I hope the shareholders will feel particularly impressed with the capital raising because in my opinion, it could represent preparation for entry into the US market. Phase 3 in the bag, 70 doctors writing to the FDA imploring them to expedite the tech ( i mean its already for sale in Canada ), so the road is obviously very clear. Now as far as those employees who allegedly stole some valuable Intellectual property over there in Germany, I suggest if found guilty over there in a Berlin court, we shoot them. Plain and simple. No second chances if found guilty. If they were French, chop there heads off. If they were Japanese, put the sabre through their stomachs. If in Britain, hang them from the yardarm. If they were Americans, smoke their bacon on the electric chair. If they were from Iraq, get them stoned then stone them.
Any other suggestions for dealing out justice for our alleged felons from other countries while we wait for the pricing of the raise and the reason?
