Any more details you’re able to share before Wednesday like how much the raise was for and did those who were still holding shares get preference to the new allocation?
Hoping this time it went to individuals planning on holding more than 24 hours
I am anticipating the raise to be necessary and hopefully like the announcement states - fast tracks our technology in the space which is where the true value in this company lies moving forward
What would also be a positive is if Stephen and Robert have exercised their notes and associated options as a part of the raise like they had asked other investors to do
Which one of the consortium has already executed last week
All will be revealed Wednesday I guess and those that support the decision will buy more whilst others that don’t will sell
May take a little while to churn through this next lot, but support has been strong above 5c and literally until the day before this announcement you could have been buying at 5.2c
So realistically not much of a discount at all
And a great quarterly will help out a lot with that churn also
