All we have been able to find out from a few posts on here was that the raise was at 5c which realistically is where it’s been trading for majority of the last couple of months
And only a couple of pips less than where it was literally the day before the raise
So not much discount at all which shows a great sign of confidence and it was Peak who undertook the offer
Peak has been tweeting over the past couple of months about CM8 and one in particular said it was adding to its position when the share price was at 5c
Hoping now that we take over VFR and gain control of the platform that’s been worked on intensively over the past few months through the JV
This will enable us to be in control of the scalable platform to roll out talking heads which I’m hoping is the fast tracking of our tech part from the announcement
Could be that Talking Heads comes to fruition well before 2022 which will create a lot more interest in Crowd from other investors as the team will again be ahead on all timelines and objectives
Talking heads will be the technology that shifts this company into having a chance at becoming a billion dollar company over the coming years
Quicker they get it to commercialisation, the better for shareholders as the share price should finally start to reflect just what’s being created by Stephen Schapera and the team
Stephen did say in an interview with The Sentiment that they would consider raising if an opportunity great enough presented itself and I believe that’s happened right now and the team is acting swiftly to capitalise, as any good management does
