"VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

The Board of Red Emperor Resources NL (ASX/AIM: RMP) (the “Company”) hereby request a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities. In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:
•A halt in the trading of the Company’s securities was granted on Wednesday, 20January 2021, pending an announcement in relation to a potential acquisition;
•The details of the potential acquisition shall be the subject of an announcementthat the Company expects to make within the next 5 business days;
•The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until anannouncement is made by the Company in relation to the potential acquisition;
•The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension shouldnot be granted; and
•The Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform themarket of the voluntary suspension."
