    I guess we need to see the details but I agree it sounds positive in theory. The change in share price might depend on timeframes or whether we have to stump up more cash. It's encouraging that some sort of progress is being made with regard to infrastructure. I like these recent announcements. Things seems to be moving in the right direction.
