    Not really, clients and customers don't really care if the company didn't submit notices to the asx, all they care about is their product..as i said before same thing happened to WHK, they dipped slightly on open and then never looked back. HC posters and downrampers were also saying WHK was doomed and would never recover etc etc. its just an oversight by someone in charge of this process of notifying the asx within the company.
