    Same thing with CRO. they didn't have their financials in order in time, but it appears that was disruptive to the bigger picture deal with fiserv etc.
    Market didn't care much, now their price has doubled, and everyone's excited.
    Same with AR9. their financials will arrive, and nobody will care about this slap on the wrist.
