Sorry to hear that your down heaps, i have made similiar mistakes in my time.
So i try not to invest too much in one stock and when it is high risk exploration company i limit my total invest in those kind to less than 5% of my portfolio. Then on a day like today i loose 2 -3% across my portfolio more than what the market has dropped but not enough to make me dread my decisions. I guess each to their own strategy, sure you have heard this all before.
