I'm trying not to read too much into the TH announcement but I don't see why a TH is required (and granted) to complete analysis. I would have thought that's a 'business as usual' step.
I would have thought that the process would have been 1. Complete analysis 2. Unpack the results 3. TH if the announcement is significant enough.
It could be the wording of the TH, but I don't see how there could be anything that exciting on the other side of the TH. Not bad news or good news. Just meh news.
