When a partnership is established between two commercial entities such as this there is an absolute requirement for contracted "Chinese walls". That is one or many barriers of sensitive information which can either pass the wall or not. WDC will have walls even within their own organization. Actual WDC participants would have signed rigorous NDAs and protocols would be established on what info is passed at different levels. Do I think the testing results are known by WDC - yes and no. At the detail level only WDC personnel participating at technical levels will likely know. At higher levels, it may be as bland as outcomes are successful but with no detail. WDC would be nominating specific representatives in their own organization which would provide upper level guidance but may not be able to impart the detail.
