Mmmmm we had 110.5mil traded on the 02/11/'20 open 1.4, high 3.2, close 1.9, WWAP 2.3, we will never know how high it would have gone or where it would have closed today without the halt only that we are now at the high of 02/11 there was no takeover then and most likely not happening now, may just be traders/investors taking up positions or a pump and dump who really knows only those in the know.
A takeover may happen when the mine is up and running.
