I don't understand why the BPH threads have gone wild.. in my opinion a CR now isn't bad as they are raising money to have a bigger chunk of the PEP11 project I'm assuming. A few companies I have invested in have had Cap Rises before good news and it worked out well for everyone. I see it as a confidence booster that they believe approval is going ahead and BPH gets more of a slice of the potential gas about to be drilledThis is all just an opinion and I could be wrong so happy to be corrected. GLTAH
