All good, many of us are in the same boat (and stressing out!) . My thinking when investing always include a what if. I think that if we do not get that approval, the SP will crash but I also think that it will recover later on. We also have the FDA approval coming, this does add a nice "+" to BPH and that may help to recover. I do not think that the government can afford to put a big company in trouble, covid as seriously hit hard the economy.
Again, all imo, not sure at all! I can only hope !
