Yeah sure I know what you mean. I guess that would mean they have inside information which is not supposed to happen, but I realise happens all the time.
I guess they may not know and just seeing now as a good time to CR if they get approval they are cashed up ready if they don't they are cashed up a lot easier than if they don't. Good business I guess and if it goes well good for shareholders, if they don't I'll probably be pissed off at them haha
