A Roadshow and a cap raise are two different things. They said a roadshow, no cap raise, now they re doing a cap raise available to wholesale and sophisticated. i.e. 'Open to the public'.
I'm not complaining, we all knew they needed cash, we all knew that equity over debt would be preferential, so its all positive IMO. However, comes across as a bit deceitful.
