If anything these guys are masters of the sell & have to be read very carefully (a post E.V boom career in politic's awaits) . No CR "at this point in time" was Jan 27th ...... the 28th / 29th or Feb 2nd or April 1st , etc is therefore open slather . Anyway , they need $$$ to keep on truckin' ............ it had to come from somewhere .
