SP’s don’t always drop down to the issue price, if demand is high enough. Time will tell how strong this is.
A few points I think people are missing: - VUL had less than two quarters of funds left which meant no capacity to fast-track the DFS. - Would the negative people still be negative if VUL didn’t release the AFR announcement and the SP had dropped to say $5 on speculation making a raise at $6.5 impossible? Forget missing out on 17%, your holdings would already be much lower.
