My guess is that Ellumes US contract has triggered a material change to the fundamental terms of the ADO supply agreement and given the short term remaining for the supply agreement term (and ADO's disclosure obligations), negotiations have commenced regarding terms and conditions for a future supply agreement. I think the TH is to prepare an announcement re progress of this.
