From what I hear from some of the Ellume Media the US wants lower cost products including Ellume at home teet and likely others. So the old $30 price might be the new $15 price. After all the US govt is paying for the building and production line, means cheaper products out the other end. I do wonder if the Ellume grants from the US is what DT was referring to in regard to not accepting Govt grants because of conditions.
Ellume basically get an upfront payment and sell cheaper down the line to the US Govt as compensation. Ellume maybe stuck selling to the US for the mean time.
Hopefully Anteotech gets it big break in Europe.
