My dream scenario: Karl resigns and the company stays listed on the ASX (fine if they move to Nasdaq in future).
If LVT gets taken over now then none of us will see the share price of $5 plus that the company is capable of in future years. Shareholders shouldn’t be so short sighted. $0.50 plus more than gets my money back but so what! I’ve always been in this for the big kill.
Karl will try to blame the market with typical BS lines like “Australian investors don’t understand hyper growth companies”, blah, blah, blah. When in reality, the main problem as regards the share price is that he is the CEO and his credibility is NIL!!
