SHAREHOLDERS BEWARE:

Although i am also hoping we get $1 or $2 a share, if we get less (lets say 60c) and its rejected by the board and shareholders, the SP will PLUMMET! Obviously you don't want to just take any offer, but shareholders need to be aware that sometimes taking the 60c (as an example) is better than watching the SP plummet if the offer is rejected. I have seen this happen...

Lets just cross our fingers and balls and hope we get $1+ and be done with it. Every shareholder will be well in the green.
