This explains why the SP has been kept so low. A market cap of 189m for a company with revenues of 63m is ridiculously low. We should be way above 1bil MC and SP above $1. The sp has been deliverately kept low so these scum can buy LVT cheap. A takeover for less than $2 is a bargain for LVT. Do not sell for less than $2.

Also these HC members constantly downramping LVT are most likely working for this investor who want to takeover. They try to scare shareholder into selling cheap.
