Well my view of the way the market works is that the share price is by definition what the share price should be. In any case, who knows, there's a first time for everything and this could be the first 1000% takeover premium - or perhaps the SP will appreciate in advance of any takeover such that the arithmetic changes. Either way, fingers crossed for holders
