You are purely guessing that our sp would have been more than that.
Guessing.
Nothing more.
One might argue (as some indeed have) that with nothing too substantial behind the recent rise in sp, it could have easily have come back to <10c in no time.

I'm not saying it's a "great" deal. I'm saying it is what it is, and JZ made a call based on the various available options and their risk. Unless you have a reasonable evidence-base from which to berate him then you are ...only.... guessing!

Pick up the phone and ask him about it.

Like I and others have said, you had MONTHS recently to fill your boots with shares at 4/5/6c. Stop whinging.
