It’s a good point raised by @DiggingforGold .. hopefully this gets clarified next week. Along similar lines I’ve previously queried whether the in excess of $200m of tax losses incurred by Nifty stay within Paterson Copper Co or make it’s way up to the Parent (and thus can be used to offset profits made by Renison for example). I was advised it *should* make its way to the parent but I was not left with any guarantee. All to come.
