I wouldn't swap shares I MLX for CYM the simple reason that convertible notes allow the purchaser of the convertible notes to take either their capital if the notes are out of the money or shares in the co (CYM).
Funders for small and micro miners always do it this way. I been in the explorers who gets funding this way often enough to know it's almost a heads you win tails I lose situation. I'm pleased it's the other way around this time.
I home it's a company maker for CYM and I rate Barry Cahill.
