Back to BRK, in my trading experience involving CR's, stocks usually open at the CR price, or tend to drift down to the CR price over a period of days. I've only seen one or two rarer cases where the stock price has jumped and held above the CR price based on positive forward looking prospects.
Could BRK be one of the rare cases upon resumption of trading? e.g. CR at say .007-.008, but based on Jewell prospects the stock jumps to say .013, and possibly holds or even rises thereafter?
