The Company invites offers to participate in the capital raising of a minimum of AUD$6,000,000 and amaximum of AUD$8,000,000 in Brookside Energy Limited (“BRK” or “the company”) AUD$0.0075 per share,together with a one for two attaching option exercisable at 1.1c per share and expiring on the 30 June2022, known as ASX:BRKOB.
FYR, I was scaled back by 40% which is hopefully a sign that they are oversubscribed. This should be unlikely, given the company's position and prospects.
Hopefully, we see an uptick today although, we need to be careful of our friends that participate in CRs to get a discount and sell the stock, keeping the options.
I am super happy with the position of the company and look forward to seeing how this plays out.
