In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1, Brookside Energy Limited (‘Brookside’ or the ‘Company’hereby requests that ASX grant an immediate halt in trading of Brookside’s securities pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on 10 February 2021 and such time as the Company makes the announcement referred to above.
