The critical statement amongst many,
“It’ll be up to companies to determine how they manage their coal exploration programs. We don’t intend to remove approvals that were already granted by the regulator.”

Given ATU is in the DFS stage I assume that such approvals are in place. Could someone better informed confirm this?

If that is the case, ATU will I would have thought will be in in a prime position of mining a resource, access to which is otherwise appearing to be locked up for other mining companies. Supply and demand in this case should work favourably for ATU.
