The best time to get more funds in the kitty is when they are on the rise due to anticipation of an upcoming drill.
If the next drill fails and they need future funds they will almost certainly struggle to raise them.
This way the money is in the bank at a better SP = less dilution for the same amount of money.
This is about risk management to ensure the business survives.
