I absolutely understand how you view it as a shitshow but they had to pull the trigger at some point and that decision wasn't made this morning. They're actually victims of their own success at this point in time. Without yesterday's price rise (which this would have been in the works prior to) the offer is only about a 12 percent discount from the prior closing price. That's pretty reasonable if you're able to look at it without the current emotion.

KNL was the first share I ever purchased. In July last year I sold 80 percent of my holding at a loss because I thought I could make money sooner elsewhere (and fortunately did) but I frantically bought at 30c and 40c recently when the run started because I've never stopped believing in the fundamentals of this company, even the eventual mine in Tanzania.

Lets hope we are looking back on this soon and talking about how it was a brilliant move by management to secure the company's future
