    I got burnt once with another company, so did not want to participate in a 3rd SPP. Could have got 100,000. I have been holding KNL/EGR since 2012, saw it went all the way up to 0.70 and down to 0.03. I sold 1/2 my holdings (quite substantial) at 0.30 a couple of weeks ago as everytime I see it go up with some announcement, it goes back down very quickly. Thought can buy back at lower price. First time this has not happened. Just my luck!
