Seems a bit conservative considering 1 Tcf = $1 billion approx. Calculations show 16c for every Tcf found. While the first day it won’t go that high, when corporate money rolls in it will reach crazy heights so don’t sell so quickly in the hype - just hold - if the numbers are real you should hold out for a fair price
