to be completely frank, from my chats with management I was completely blown away by their being a CR (hence the dumb bet and my outrage at the suggestion). it isn't based on pure bias, only my genuine conversation with staff at the company and what I felt like I understood from the conversations I had.

the capital raise can only be looked at as a positive if whoever is getting cheapies is incredibly strategic and this in some way sweetens the deal long term for us as shareholders. I am still shocked and annoyed at what has transpired, I am also pretty humble in my own abilities to understand the inner workings of complex machines such as small miners with the politics and positives of making moves when and how.

I do trust that it is for our benefit and maybe that's naive of me, but I've come this far.
