Would say the agreement may have occurred over the weekend.
Unless the case is totally thrown out (dont see how this happens based on a deadline for a defence to be submitted given we have also won the previous two cases), just the evidence being submitted is not worthy of a trading halt.
I believe there will be an out of court settlement for a % of the $54M. Here is to hoping it is around 50%
