Hey Tig, its the justice system so anything is possible, although they have already had one extension. They didn't submit by the January date so the court extended until the 15th Feb.

I thought the trading halt was possibly to stop any chenanigans in trading if someone could find out anything from the courts prior to the company getting knowledge, particularly when Joe Public can attend the hearings. Its a process where the company is not in control.
Would be easy to be online while the judge hands down his result and do a bit of sneaky trading as soon as the ASX opens. This protects the company.

We hopefully may see an ANN today, since the hearing was supposed to be 10.00pm our time last night.
