They had $8.5m in the Bank as at 31/12 with no debt. Highly doubt they've burned through that.
They are already a multi-faceted fintech, who is only just commencing their BNPL offering so an acquisition would be even less likely, imo.
Given that they are currently in the middle of a soft launch, to roll out BNPL services, I think it's pretty clear what the raise is for. This requires capital and a decent amount of it.
